IHOP

"Kudos to our hostess who also had to wait on us, clean our table, and managed to keep a smile and friendly demeanor. The restaurant, however, was dirty and understaffed. One would think a place specializing in breakfast would have a great handle on how to cook eggs to order. The "over-easy" I ordered came out severely overcooked (brown "whites" and solid yolks). Salt and pepper shakers were empty and dirty, the bottoms stuck to the bottom of the condiment basket, which, by the way, had little or no packets of sugar and sweetener. Oh, and did I mention they were out of milk? I'm actually surprised I didn't get sick. This place needs a sanitary inspection."

"I made it to this location on Briarwood approximately 2:15 a.m. there were two people dining in that already had their order and two people standing at the front waiting on their order. The waitress comes from the kitchen with her toddler in her arms. For me that was red flag number one, however times were hard and I’m just trying to eat something quick. So the server seated me. I placed my order then. As I waited two guys walked in to place an order, mind you I still have yet to get a drink let alone the fresh fruit that I ordered with my egg Benedict. So as the cook ran in and out trying to get their order I’m getting frustrated because your job is the only job that need to be done this is unsanitary at this point. The waitress comes back explaining she had to make a fresh brew of tea. I replied that’s fine how much longer on my order. Her reply was well I can bring you the fresh fruit and tea now. Like wait how long does it take to cook eggs again? At this point I tell myself 10 more minutes then I’m gone however the guys placing the order walks to the kitchen saying oh I know I’m not supposed to be back here but and proceeded to speak with the cook. Oh no that definitely did it. I left expeditiously. How many codes are we breaking in one day?"

"The end was messed up. Children eating free was not explained. Lots of confusion on separating the check and my discount. The cheese on the burger was completely crisp and slid off the burger. That was the cheese in the child hand. Sad."

"I had a fantastic experience at IHOP, and our server, Ashley, made it even better! She was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our meal. I initially ordered orange juice, but it didn't meet my expectations in terms of taste. Without hesitation, Ashley gladly exchanged it for a refreshing black and green tea with lemon. My husband enjoyed a delightful meal of blueberry pancakes, a steak omelet, and coffee. As for me, I savored a spinach and mushroom omelet loaded with fresh veggies, a generous slice of French toast, and some mouthwatering grits. Every dish was outstanding, and I must say, this is the best IHOP I've ever had the pleasure of dining at. The portions were so generous that we couldn't finish our meals and ended up taking some delicious leftovers to enjoy later. It was an added bonus to savor these delectable dishes again! This visit was our first time in Mississippi, and I'm already planning to return just for another taste of this incredible breakfast! Thanks to Ashley and the IHOP team for a memorable dining experience."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! From the host, the waitress, THE MANAGER, the food, EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE! We waited 20 plus minutes for our food, the food was cold once it arrived to the table, the pancakes were not fully cooked, the French toast looked like butter bread(uncooked) my husband ordered turkey bacon they sent regular bacon, literally she dropped the food off and walked off before we could even tell her the food was incorrect. We asked for a manager to come to the table the manager NEVER CAME! We waited 10 minutes and she was just walking around the restaurant. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
