"Pulled up and was told they were not taking orders at the moment and I asked why and they said because they had people on the inside. Then another lady came on the speaker box to inform me they had two bus loads of children inside and I don’t get what that had to do with the drive thru or why they couldn’t assist people in the drive thru as well as the people on the inside. Instead just sent everyone in line in the drive thru on their way. I asked for corporates number and they gave me a fake one! On hold with corporate now and have been for over 10 mins. Never even spoke to anyone was immediately put on hold for 10 mins!"

"Any place that closes it's lobby to keep from having to clean said restaurant does not deserve your business or mine. I'm overall sick of customer service in Jackson and how people with a job talk to you as if y'all are friends or family or on the corner together."

"I just left the high st location and half the employees where in the lobby sleep or on their cellphone. I've waited 5 minutes and noone took my order so I went to the I-55 N location."

"Went through drive-thru couple times for late night dinner/dessert. Friendly customer service. Good attention to detail with food. Fries were amazing. Well-seasoned, crispy on outside and fluffy on inside."

"Would have given a zero if I could! We always have to ask for our food to be cooked fresh. They can’t get that one simple thing right. What I got was a dried up, over cooked double stack. The cheese wasn’t melted, so there is no way it was cooked fresh. This is every time we go to this location (1240 state Street), there is always a problem with the food being fresh. This is unacceptable! I will not return until there is new management and staff! SMH!"
