Wendy's

"Requested No Onions on our sandwiches several times, Allergic to them, the Unprofessional Manager, I'm guessing. Have long hair down her butt laughed and said She forgot. Asked me to wait for 10 more minutes to fix the order, got home and Onions was on all of the Burgers. Called the Store and the Phone was busy for 15 minutes, so I Stopped calling. This store has to much business to have an Unprofessional Staff... 12/30/2023 between 1:15/ 1:40..."

"I just left the Wendy's in Jackson on Northside. I came through the drive to order and noticed the cashier just looking. We were the only one in the entire drive through. When we finally pulled up the cashier ( I want be mean even tho she do not deserve my kindness) just stared. We proceeded to say we didn't get to order and saw her looking. After her appearing to not understand she said we didn't pick the car up on radar. Ok can I order please (we were the only car in drive through) . Some guy in the back that appeared to be the Manger said you got to go around or come in. I left!!!! No regards to their mistake or just explaining they didn't get the alert. I will never go back to this Wendy's!"

"So this place is kind of in a sketchy area. As we were waiting on our food, there was a homeless person asking for money. We waited in line for 30 min to get our food then were told to pull around so they can bring it out to us. Well, the parking lot is tiny and there was no direction on where to park so we made our best guess. The man who brought our food out was nice so I want that to be known. But the food was greasy, the tea was stale, and all 3 salads that we got was mostly rotted lettuce. We also never received our fourth drink so that was a waste of money. Overall this was not our best experience."

"I never leave bad reviews but this morning on 6/25/2023 service sucked. Starting with the young lady taking the order and also I guess he a so called lead. They need more training on customer service and taking care of the customer needs. I visit this same establishment Monday through Friday and the staff is more friendly"
