"Had some AMP Research Power Steps put on, before I made it home the lights for the steps were hanging off so I had to re-secure them. While I was doing that I discovered where the wires were spliced together were left unprotected and open to the elements so I had to wrap those so they were no longer exposed. The boards must not have been tightened or secured very well, Stepped on them and they felt like they slid down from where they were originally."

"I've bought many sets of tires from this place with zero issues. I needed a new grille installed on my truck and figured they'd be perfect for the job. I was wrong! The new grille didn't come with a mount for the front camera. Instead of notifying me, the guy just left my camera harness off, which included the air inlet temp sensor, and put it in the box with the old grille. I know this because my check engine light was on. He also cut the water line that supplies washer fluid to the front camera washer. Here are a few other things I found wrong when I took it upon myself to put the old one back on. - The wiring for the grille lights were loosely ran under the cowl and a switch was installed behind my steering wheel (which I did not ask for). - While checking for voltage for the DRL, 7 wires going to my left headlight were left exposed and were not even placed back in the wire loom. - Radiator shutter bolts were missing so I had to find some to reinstall. It was the kind of work you'd expect from a 15 year old just trying to make a buck. The owner was very apathetic and was taking no responsibility. Will not be back!"
