"Though my last visit was a drive thru visit I've sat in the dining area many times and the interior of the restaurant is great. Now with that being said on to rest of the review. Though the food was hot, fresh and tasty it was original receipe and not the spicy that was ordered. This was said when I ordered as well when I was at the window, yet they still got my order wrong. I assumed (you know the old saying about assuming) that my order was correct seeing that they verified what I ordered at the window. Only to get home and to find out that it wasn't. I'll definitely check my order before leaving the next time to be sure."

"Waited in the drive through for at least half an hour. Girls working the window were incredibly rude. I asked if I couple replace Cole slaw with mac and cheese and she just says, “no.” No reason or anything. And I said, “I can’t get mac and cheese instead of cole slaw?” She goes “no” again. Did not say anything else. I asked why & she said she couldn’t change the order. Waited half an hour and they gave nothing for it. So rude. Mashed potatoes also tasted like chemicals."

"Nice new location. Wait times are not long. Some very nice employees and some who phone it in. Biggest issue with KFC is them making unauthorized substitutions. If you don't have chicken cooked, I'm willing to wait. I think I speak for a lot of customers in that regard- we're just not given the choice. I would also like a paper receipt for my online order for my records. Some of the above could be due to website or corporate issues, so I still give the Vicksburg folks some stars."

"It’s not the workers. It’s the purchasing of rotten chicken From where? Been to other chicken restaurants Popeyes, Churches. Grocery’s Kroger Walmart Sullivan’s. Been since 2021 you can’t buy it because it’s decaying before it make it to the places. Rarely you will find chicken of yesterdays, this it’s antibiotic free. We are not use to hatchery to store chicken. Because it’s rotten before it get where it’s sold. Don’t EAT it and spots on it gray skin loose, fry or bake smell like dead dog. Even the three restaurants.Hospital 2 yrs ago with stomach bacteria infections from none antibiotics chicken. Stomach messed up I do not eat poultry anymore our stomach not use to off the yard chicken look up Mississippi hatchery see why."

"Thursday, Sept. 28 8:00 pm. The woman working the window was by far the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. For starters when the food was ordered she was rude. We ordered fries as a side and the woman put it through. We pull up to the window and watch her give the car in front of us some fries and she tells us they are out. Then proceeds to change with mashed potatoes without giving an option for us to choose our replacement. Extremely unprofessional and not acceptable at all. Do not eat here"
