"Went to see Krystal twice. I told her about my severe anxiety and insomnia .when I told her I took Ambien she said she hates it .i also told her that I've been on every benzo and her response was "oh I hate benzos." That's the only two things that help me sleep. She referred me to a psychiatrist in Baton rouge and refused to give me the meds I need. Because of her own personal opinion. I will never go there again. I have never had a doctor or P. A .not know how to treat someone .I'm going to a dr in my hometown now and they are more than happy to help with my mental issues PLUS my physical ones ."

"I'm not fond of having to give a star to post this BUT I will never go back there. they don't care about your illness just money i was very ill begged for blood work to be done they had me come in every week i would ask for blood work and the same answer every week we will next week then one doctor (Krystal) said she never heard of my illness She sent me to a specialist he sent back results and treatment plan and she flat out told me she wasn't giving me that, when I told her my ins approved it she got mad because I called them, and told me that she can't help me to find another doctor because she thinks it's all in my head. so I got diagnosed by another specialist same results. this office left me in pain for four month's when I stop going I asked for my fill's as of now it's been 16 month's later I still never got my fills nor has my new doctor. I was told they would be ready i 3 days when I called for them soon as they got my name and why I was calling they hung up. if you love your family and care about your health PLEASE don't go here."
