"I will never, ever go back. I have had a fear of dentist since I was young. I won’t put the name of the dentist that I saw here. I went in for a scheduled tooth extraction and the nurses were absolutely wonderful. But when it came time to pull a tooth I was terrified due to past experiences with wisdom teeth removal. I was numbed and put on gas. Not only was the gas not high enough to calm me down but I felt much more that I ever had with a tooth extraction before. Much much more. I will not go into detail because that’s unnecessary and suffering through it was traumatic enough. I was too scared to say anything because the dr had already mentioned that they didn’t like working with patients that had a fear of dentists and that those patients were sent to oral surgery. I was scared that if I said anything, the extraction would stop, I’d have to be referred to another dentist and wait even longer and possibly pay more, if I could even do so. I had been dealing with this broken tooth for MONTHS and just wanted it gone. I couldn’t eat on that side and it had become a massive problem. The tooth extraction was no better than me pulling them out with pliers myself. Literally. My bottom lip was being pinch while the tooth was pulled and the crown that Ive had in place directly beside the tooth that was being extracted was pulled off in the process. I cried the entire time and then broke down in my car when it was done. The crown had been put back on but I realized my bite was off when I left. Because I had literally just been traumatized, I didn’t want to go back inside. Not only that, but I thought it might just be off because I was swollen so I let it be. 2 days later and the crown has popped off again while I was sitting on my couch doing absolutely nothing. I have never had issues with this crown before. I’ve had to get a temporary cement to hold it in place until I can get somewhere to put it back on. Which will probably cost me even more money. Not only has this dr tripled my fear of dentists but now I’m having to suffer through their mistakes by having to figure out how to keep my crown on until I can see someone to fix what the dr broke. I am appalled by what happened. I understand that dental insurance isn’t the best but do not put yourself through going here. I would no wish upon anyone what I went through and I will never, ever go there again. What happened was unacceptable."

I’m usually super scared when it comes to going to the dentist but my visit with them today has made my fear of going to the dentist disappear! Love it definitely coming back!"

"Great experience from scheduling all the way to aftercare finishing the appointment. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Bailey helped me get settled in and feel less nervous about a last minute tooth appointment. Dr. was clear and informative and surprisingly gentle. She also reiterated what was already told to me which lessened confusion. A quick conversation at the front desk helped me learn that they were able to accept my certain coverage of adult Medicaid. I'm going back for a check up soon."
