"We won’t be back. We were not informed of the 3.5% up charge to use a credit card for payment. They sited there was a sign on the door, as being informative enough. They also charged us $40 more than Woolwine Ford in Collins. Also, as we waited for the oil change, we walked the only 2 Super Duty trucks on the lot. No one greeted us to see if we had any questions. A salesman did come out to one of the trucks, looking for something, but he didn’t offer to help us when he was available. Not a good experience."
"Purchased 2019 F250 Limited 3 years ago along with an extended warranty. Took truck back to Sullivan for noise in front end 6/09/23 they replaced stabilizer shock and said nothing else was wrong with front end or ball joints all good. Took the truck back for camera recall 12/19/23 and asked for brakes to be replaced. Which I sat at the dealership from 9am until someone came and gave me a ride home at 2pm. As soon as we left the parking lot Service dept called said camera recall was done and informed me it needs TracBar and ball joints which are not covered under warranty. Discussed with my sales consultant which said should be under warranty. If they would have told me while I was sitting there all day I would have left and let someone else put brakes on the truck or done it myself. My sales rep further informed me I had to discuss with service dept she would not. Service dept said I should say something to Mr Sullivan. I went to pick the truck up told Mr Sullivan. Which non response. Very disappointed. I think if you purchase a vehicle from a dealership the sales rep and mangers should assist you when the service dept is trying to charge you for work that under warranty and the owner of the dealership Mr Sullivan should at least fact find the situation and assist. Someone is not being honest, either the sales rep that sold me the extended warranty, the warranty service manger or the quick claim service manger. Regardless Mr Sullivan should have at least gave me the time of day since I spent so much money at his dealership. I regret our circle of trust has been broken and I will not be back or recommend any more customers to him."
