"If I could give zero stats I would. Rude and severely lacking professionalism. I scheduled my appointment due to an emergency. I called morning of, confirmed my appointment, and emailed the direct location agent my insurance. Called 2-3x before my appointment to confirm they accept my insurance. No answer and no returned voicemail. Drive over an hour to my appointment to be told it had been cancelled. No empathy, no sincere apology, just a “you’re not the only one” and “we can reschedule you”. I took off work for this and drove over an hour with a broken tooth only to be refused and told oh well. Absolute appalling interaction. I am filing a formal complaint. They had no less than 3 instances to catch this mistake before I arrived. No professional courtesy. What a joke."
"I would give a 0 if it was an option. They never answer the phone. They never call back for appointments. They lock the doors during business hours. They do not stand by their warranty on their products. DON'T DO IT. Totally ghetto and unprofessional staff. Extortion at its finest!"
"I’ve wrestled back and forth with writing this review for over a year. The pain I’m still in from receiving services from Aspen Dental on September 2022 is daily. I went in for pain in my wisdom teeth and they began digging in my mouth. At the end of the first visit, I received a payment plan from Care Credit. I was skeptical of signing but was told I would not have to pay for services I did not receive. That was another mistake, they constantly harass me daily and Aspen sent a bill of services I never received or asked for. My dental procedure took over 4 hours. I knew something was wrong when I could barely move part of my mouth. I was told complete feeling could take up to a year to come back, which was odd. I started experiencing a lot of pain and went back. I was turned around because I was told I couldn’t be seen that day without an appointment. I went to another clinic in Ridgeland, Ms that same day, they asked for x-rays and Aspen would not send them, also odd. To this day, I still do not have complete feeling in the right side of my mouth. Some days are better than others but that pain is horrible. I went to the dental board and they also had trouble getting the documents they need, but I finally have a personal injury lawyer. Everyone’s experience may be different, but mines was not a good one."
"I gave them 1 star only because I didn’t have the option of giving them 0 stars. Went in to have a crown reattached. There were very few cars in the parking lot, probably employees only since I didn’t see a single patient other than myself. Had to pay $135 up front then waited about an hour to see the doctor. She looked at my x-ray and said she thought my tooth was cracked and that I needed a root canal. She refused to reattach my crown. I took a photo of the x-ray. Sent it to a radiologist and two dentists. They all said it was not cracked. Worst dental experience of my life. Total ripoff!"
"If i could give 0 stars i would. Firstly, I would like to highlight the poor service I received at this office. From the moment I walked through the door, it was evident that there was an obvious lack of professionalism and attention to detail. The staff was inattentive and it was known that there was a lack of training. The appointment process itself was chaotic and disorganized. The waiting time was excessive, and the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and inefficient. The process of scheduling appointments was cumbersome, and on multiple occasions, I had to wait a significant amount of time before I could be seen for my next visit. Once I was in the examination room, the dental care I received was subpar. The dentist seemed rushed and inattentive, failing to address my concerns and neglecting to provide comprehensive treatment. The examination was not done correctly, leaving me feeling uncertain about the status of my overall oral health. Furthermore, my time was wasted at this office. The appointment was scheduled to take a specific duration, but the actual time spent was much longer. This delay not only disrupted my schedule but also inconvenienced me significantly. It has been 2 months and i have not received my crown. So it prolonged my orthodontic treatment that I am currently going through. These people are the worst. I had to request a full refund and take my business else where. Based on my experience, I firmly believe that Aspen Dental is the worst dentist office I have ever visited. The poor service, lack of professionalism, and disregard for my time have left me feeling dissatisfied with the entire experience."
