"Actually I tried explaining to the dentist several times my first set was big and didn’t fit. They preceded to put 2 cushions in each denture. Every bite I ate they came out with the food so I learned to eat without them and was very embarrassed. I didn’t want ppl know I had dentures cause my permanent teeth were beautiful & flawless. I then had a mold for the the premium dentures. I came in to see, as the dentist and dentist assistant told me I’m just looking at the look of them. They were huge in my mouth but I was assured they would get them to fit! What a joke. They were still huge no adjustments and what was worse less then a week I sneeze and out the window they went on Hwy 20. I never could eat in them either. My food stuck in the top and bottom and out come my teeth embrassing my to the core! They were huge ! No amount of the nasty sticky poligrip couldn’t keep them in! Long gone $1,950 plus tax cause the dentist didn’t care about this patient. I tried and tried telling him but he knew they fit even tho they NEVER FIT and even fell out talking! It’s hard to hide you have dentures when you sing, talk or eat they fall out with a mouth full of poligrip that taste like yuk! Thank you for ruining my dentures after I kept telling you and your staff. You lied about fixing the dentures. You stated I needed to look at cosmetic only and you’d fix the double size. They came back as is and now I wasted my money and look like an 80 year old woman. I truly trusted you and your staff. I’ve never been so disappointed and sad in my life and you knew I live off disability and had to borrow that money so it’s gonna be years. My first set fit better than my premium, they stayed in half the time. Premium 5% of the time no matter how much polident and I got both teeth glues. Heartbroken and disappointed! Can’t wait to tell everyone how you and your staff lied to me and preachers at that! Why???????????"
