"Customer service has gotten horrible and very slow. Took right at 2 hours to get an oil change and was only 2 vehicles in front of me. Couldn’t drive through each car had to back out. Normally didn’t have to get out the car but today had to go in to make payment. Had to email the coupon back to the store in order to use it, CRAZY. Will definitely find somewhere else for my next oil change"
