"My Audi broke down on a long road trip. I am so glad Lance's Automotive was close by. We left our car behind and they took care of it from there. They arranged a tow, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and did the repair, all while communicating with me. They stayed late a few nights to get my repairs done in time for me to make the 700 mile trip back to get my car and return my rental car. They met me after hours on a friday night to pick up my car. They even had it running so it would warm for me. When they gave me the bill it was much less than they originally quoted .
