"Bought 3 windshields in bout a months time a couple months ago andveverything was A1 from accountability, to customer service.. they earned my business if i need glass. I go to them first.."

"We contracted Greenville Glass to install windows and doors in a 5000 sq. ft. building. Cost was around $16,000. We paid the price but didn't get the products or service we paid for. When the windows were installed, there were gaps that leaked wind and rain. We had to pay someone else to close in the window gaps that Greenville Glass left. Awful! Doors we ordered were not designed in the agreed design per the contract. We have reached out to the company on multiple occasions, and they continued to lie and would not come back to make any corrections to the poor work they did. Our doors arrived with only primer, NO PAINT!!! Lastly, they never installed the weather stripping with the doors, we can see daylight at the bottom of the door. Please don't waste your time or money with these people. Service and products are not worth the hassle. In addition to spending so much with them, we have to pay other vendors to correct their shotty work!!!"

"Replaced wind shield on car and they lost the wind shield wiper side cowl and did not notify me upon picking the car up after repair. I guess they assumed I would not notice. After asking about the missing part, I was told they knew it was missing, but thought the tech who repaired it had found it before moving the car around for pick up. So, I was told that the part could not be found and would have to be ordered. It has been a month, and I am still waiting on the part for my car. I was told 2 weeks ago, the part would be delivered in a couple days. It has now been a month, no part has been replaced on my car and every time I call, I get the runaround, they say “the part will be in, see we have a tracking number.” I do not recommend using Greenville paint & glass in Greenville, MS."
