I will not say he can all ways get this done as fast but I believe they will take care of you with utmost care , respect , speed. However later when I had this same exact issue and took my vehicle to the Infiniti dealership, the diagnosis was loose wiring (they fixed it for free). I’m sure the compressor diagnosis from Mack was just to run up my tab (cost $500) and was not the actual cause of my vehicle problem (I had another mechanic look at my vehicle prior to Mack and they said the compressor was fine). The entire transaction just seemed like he wanted to charge me as much as possible. Will not be returning."
