"What everyone has already said!!!! Fraudulent website. They sent the wrong size shoes (which were ladies shoes) and tried to tell me a ladies size 9 was a men’s size 6.5 so they sent a men’s size 6.5 which were clearly women’s 6.6!!! Then, contradicted their published return policy and only offered a 15% discount to order again. Additionally their website indicates they are in the USA yet they are located in Hong Kong. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM."

"They sent me the wrong sized Jordan’s that were FAKES. Customer service was atrocious and took forever to get back. When they did they said they sent the correct size which was clearly false. I would give it 0 stars if I could. This site is a scam don’t ever order from them. Trina Clayeux was the name of the employee that scammed us."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT buy from this place! They have a return policy clearly listed on their website stating they will take a return if the product is in good condition within 15 days. The day my husband received his shoes I emailed the customer service department letting them know they were too small and wanted to return. They asked if we could send pictures to make sure they are in great condition and I sent them immediately as they were literally only taken out of the box to try on. Then I received an email stating they don’t take returns and offered me 15% off customer discount for a new purchase. I asked several times now to explain why the website allows returns and included the link but they are telling me otherwise. I’ve received no reply. This website is a scam, I’m surprised I even received a product to begin with! Do not purchase anything if there could be the chance they don’t fit perfectly!"

"This site is an absolute scam site. My daughter ordered a Women's US 7.5, and they sent a US 6. It says UK 5.5, which would be a US 7.5, but there is a big 6 for the US size, and the tongue of the shoe says 6. They are too small to be a 7.5. They will not respond to emails for a refund nor will anyone pick up the phone. Stay away from this site. I would give them negative stars if I could."
