"They don't have good customer service, they are rude and disrespectful and they do not focus on customer satisfaction. It's prom season and the company does not care about getting the order right. "We" should shop somewhere else because no matter how much money we spend, they will never respect our race. Our time is just as valuable as their's and we don't deserve bad treatment."

"Went in to buy uniform pants for my daughter. The gentleman that assisted us was very helpful and friendly. I Purchased 4pr pants and 1 skirt. After a few days I decided the skirt was too large for my daughter and took it back to exchange it for the next smaller size. The female employee/owner that runs the register said she couldn’t take it back because there was something on it. I looked and there was a very small area with something on it. Not sure what it was or where it came from. I immediately scraped it off with my fingernail and gave it back to her. She rolled her eyes while appearing annoyed and said “fine” and asked a male employee to get the size I needed. He gave it to her and she said “here”, which was my que to pick it up off the counter. I will NEVER shop in lusso again. Customers deserve the same courtesy whether they’re spending or exchanging. She was so rude and unprofessional!"
