"This place use to be a decent fast food place to go to, but literally the last couple of times I've been here, the food is disappointing. From the catfish being really small a either not fresh or over cooked...to food options like broccoli, green beans, the basics not being available...and the drive thru equipment being so raggedy that you can't hear what's being said. Last night. I literally turned my car off, and I don't have a loud running vehicle just to sorta hear the lady on the intercom. And she was very nice-nasty. when we couldn't hear her she kept getting an attitude until she told us to just come to the window. This location has been here for far too long and gets way too much business to be that cheap to not fix broken appliances that's making it difficult for the employees and the customers. I'm definitely not going back for a while. It's way too overpriced to constantly receive underwhelming food and service."

"My sister and I had a great experience when we visited this location the manager Marquine Jones and Tarrence Williams gave us exceptional service and the food was hot fresh and delicious when we come to Greenville Mississippi we will definitely give them our business again!!! Thank you guys!!"

"Total waste of money! The food was "warm" and tasted old. Service was a joke, the front counter worker didn't offer any condiments and acted bothered when we asked for some. Will never go back!"

"Captain D’s is what it is and has been what it has been since I first started eating here in the 90s. The food is consistently average. I prefer the battered fish, but the fried catfish and country style fish are good as well. Typically, it’s fried too soft so I request that it’s fried crispy. The fried meals come with hush puppies but you can substitute for a breadstick (which is the most delicious breadstick I’ve ever tasted). I highly recommend trying the sweet tea. It’s perfect and also one of the best I’ve had. My only complaint here is that occasionally the fries and okra taste like the fish. I’m assuming that’s because they’re all being fried in the same grease."
