"I'm honestly surprised that this store is still making money with the remainder of the mall being in such horrible shape. The road approaching them all is also very difficult to figure if you're not familiar with the area. However, the staff is friendly, the store is clean, and there's much to choose from."

"I came to Vicksburg from out of town to visit and ended up coming to this store with some family around 1-2 pm for a little shoe shopping. Barely could get help or great customer service at this store. I dont know about any other department but they aren't too helpful at all in the shoe department. Every answer to my questions were "No and I dont know". Also, the cashier took awhile to get back to her station when it was time for us to check out. Better customer service training and techniques definitely needed in that space."

"Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Low stock on the items we wanted but the staff offered to order it for us. Little pricey on a lot of theirs selection but make up in service. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because they only have 3 small buggies for the entire store"
