My daughter feels the drivers w Rusty’s shuttle service are always very nice and don’t make her feel uncomfortable. In addition the vehicles are always very clean. As a parent - I was extremely impressed and comforted when one of Rusty’s drivers waited an hour at the airport for one of his passengers flights that was late. He did not leave the student stranded.
