"Terrible customer service. If you are looking for cpap supplies or support, look elsewhere. The women at the front are unhelpful and unfriendly and argumentative. "So far I've had no luck getting these people to help me get my oxygen bottles replaced/refilled and they have never returned a call. Even after I started leaving message after message They still will not respond and will direct any calls to their answering service. WHY are you ot holding up your end of the deal that YOU agreed to? WHY am I not able to get oxygen when you know full well you agreed to keep me supplied in filled tanks? It seems that Charter Medical would potentially let their customers die rather than bring them O². I would NOT recommend Charter Medical to anyone, including my enemies."
