"My heat went out last week. I decided to schedule an appointment online on 1/1/24. I received a call just before 8am stating the technician would be here by 9am. He arrived about 8:15am. I received a text message and email confirming the appointment. I also received a text with a picture and the name of the technician. I appreciated Paul for listening to my explanation of what happened and not just brushing me off. He diagnosed the problem. Left to get the part. And by 9:45am I had heat!
