"Recently, I sent one of my trailers to their service center, which was still under warranty. However, from the beginning, the communication was extremely poor, and there was a lack of information regarding the repairs that were needed. After examining the trailer, they claimed that it required welding for a hole in the air tank. They did not provide any information about the warranty, and it was only later that I found out they were attempting to charge me for the service. When I contacted the service manager, he provided little to no help in terms of explaining what repairs had been done, or if the trailer was even ready. I was then told by the accounting department that the welding was not covered under the warranty and that it would void any warranty that had previously existed. When I tried to speak to the service manager again to clarify this, he hung up on me, and then proceeded to remove my driver from the premises. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Southern States Utility. The lack of communication, combined with the voided warranty and the unexplained repairs, leaves me with serious doubts about their ability to provide competent and reliable service. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for trailer service."
