"The food was fresh but was out of almost everything we wanted. Fish batter was mixed with several other types of batter. No staff, so service took forever even to order. Most likely, I will pass by and wait til I get to another location."

"Ordered online. Got to store at designated time. The store was under staffed. The cashier and manager were more worried about splitting a tip than continuing to serve customers. After 25 minutes, we asked for a refund and were informed we would have to email a holdings company. We immediately sent email and have had no response. This was 3 weeks ago. Worst online order experience we have had."

"The sign outside says "Come Inside and See Our New Look" yet the place is locked. Drive thru only at 6pm. So I went somewhere else. I haven't eaten Capt D's in 15 years, so I was excited."

"Thanks for the "slop" guys. This by far is the worse Captain D's in the area. For some reason the green beans at this location are always terrible...never taste like other Captain D's. The employees were complaining about being short staffed but I was the only person in the lobby and only two cars in drive thru, but there were 7 employees I counted...not sure if all were on the clock though. I had two orders and two appetizers and had to inform them that they left off the fries on one order and didn't know marinara come with mozzarella sticks and ranch comes with jalapeño poppers. THIS was the last chance for this location to me. The mac n cheese was a watery mess. Almost forgot, my fried okra looked like little burned pieces of gravel that were INEDIBLE. The mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers were presentable though."
