"I will seriously never go anywhere else for an oil change if I don’t have to. Getting an oil change as a female is something I always dread, but these guys made this experience a breeze. The last place responsible for my oil change apparently destroyed my oil plug among other things & these sweet guys went above and beyond to help me when they could have just sent me back to where it was done before. I didn’t catch all of their names, but Ty was the first guy I spoke to and he was so kind and professional. The gentleman that changed my oil plug out for me was also incredibly kind. Perhaps there were at lunch? Went to Dip Stix and was out in under 10 minutes. (I changed my review as this business has agreed to rectify the situation. I do appreciate their promptness on this matter)"
