"Just like everything else in senatobia, it’s a waste of time and money going here. They probably won’t have what you’re looking for and they don’t have any idea what you need. We went in and asked for a part and They gave us the wrong one so we took it back. We found it again online and it was in store so we bought it and went to pick it up. The cashier was very rude and gave us the wrong part again. Said he wished auto zone would stop doing online pickups. He gave us our part and guess what, it was wrong. Again. So once again we go in give them as much detail as we possibly can at this point and still the wrong part. If you want oil, it’s fine but if you want any thing more then that don’t do it. They have no clue what they are doing."

"New update, went in to pick part, was told I would receive a10% discount and the clerk called a manager over, he was being rude and automatically told me not to give his guys a hard time, and I was being totally courteous and never said anything out of line. Manager pretty much got up in my face, I explained to him that I had done nothing out of line and he contiued on with his berating me. I damn near left the part sitting there. Filing a complaint with corporate on this one."

"Went in to buy a dipstick for an older car. They did not have in stock, so we went down the road to Oreilly's and bought it there."

"Usually have a good selection of products. I have the rewards card which is good. One time $20 was taken off of my order when I used my rewards card."

"I came to visit my 84-year-old dad and do my laundry today. When I went to leave the laundromat my vehicle would not crank. My dad jumped me off and we went to AutoZone. I'm so thankful a young man named Stephen was the one that helped us. He went above and beyond to help us and he is very much a blessing and a great worker. If you're ever going to promote someone he'd be the one to promote. I will never forget it and I will come back to that store if I ever need anything from AutoZone."
