"He wouldn't sell me a door! Can you believe it!? Instead, he told me what the issue was with my current, ugly but still functional door and gave me some "trade secrets" on how to fix it. He assured me, he'd be happy to take my $1000 for a new door, but he thought I should at least give this $100 fix a shot, first. I did, it worked and I am super happy! He was as nice as could be and even though he didn't end up making a sale, he never once treated me any differently than he would someone giving him his hard earned money. I highly recommend you give them a call if you find yourself in a pickle like I did. Maybe it will require a new door or just maybe, Mr. Tony has a trick up his sleeve that will cost you a little elbow grease and a whole lot less cash. "
