"I ordered my food and waited about 15 -20 minutes. People came in after and ordered. They got there good before I did. I didn’t have a big order either. So I asked the cook what’s going on with my order. They finally realized they skipped all over my order . They stopped and fixed my order. I thought they would have gave me an upgrade on my nacho fries since they had we waiting so long . Or didn’t even ask could they give me something free for my wait . They need some work on their customer service skills. I’ve worked in fast food before and I made sure the customer left happy . Especially if I messed up their order or made them wait longer than expected. I will not be back ."

"When I pay $30, I expect the food to be edible. Instead, it came with a side of surprise. Hairs. Absolutely disgusting. Hair nets should still be a thing. If they're not gonna be worn, they should be well groomed. I worked in the food service industry for 7 years. Our boss kept razors in the office and would make the men shave if their facial hair was too long. Females' hair couldn't be past the shoulders. If it was, it had to be pulled back and situated to where no hair could show. Hair nets were worn in the kitchen as well as gloves. This is a common thing around the fast food establishments. Not just Hernando, it's Southaven and Horn lake as well."

"While I was there another customer came in and complained about their food being made wrong. (So I should have known mine would be wrong as well later, of course. And it was.) Next the cashier refused to take my order, directing me instead to the kiosk which I found sort of rude. Unfortunately, what really upset me was that my order was wrong when I got home. (I live 30mins away) One more nail in the coffin - they also neglected to answer the phone when I tried to call them about it. Three times. Finally, I just said I'd leave my comments here and let them know I won't be a customer again. Making a mistake and then not correcting it is unacceptable from a business."

"Dec 7th visit: I do not eat meat. When I ordered and requested black beans instead the gal seemed shocked and then irritated. Very little customer serviceand just seemed to want to get it over with. Was a little nice at the window but again, very little customer service. I'm noticing that a lot on the east coast, because if they acted like that back home they'd be fired for not being friendly to customers. Anyways, idk what they thought this was (pictures), but it was a mess when I opened it and the food did not get damaged in the vehicle as it sat still the entire ride. There was barely any brand on any item and very little tomatoes. Sad looking food for sure... I hope y'all gain more customer service sense, be more friendly, and don't seem irritated when a paying customer wants a modification. Other than this mess of a visit, the taste of the food was good."
