La Torcia Brick Oven Pizza - Hernando

"This is one of my favorite restaurants!! The food is always great, and we have never had bad service! I recommend Brick Oven to literally every one who says that they are craving pizza. There are also many vegetarian and gluten free options!"

"I have been enjoying this place for a long time, but I won't be going back. Last night me and my family requested that the ceiling fan above our table be turned off so we didn't have to eat in our coats, plus it was making our food cold. Our waitress asked someone behind the counter, and returned with a no answer. 42 degrees outside, sitting by the door, and ceiling fan running above the table. Beyond ridiculous! I refuse to pay good money for less than desirable conditions and food that gets cold before we can eat it."

"I went there 9/25/2023 for lunch. It was my first visit since I am not from this area. The service was good, however, my supreme pizza came and the server said to watch out because it was hot. It was hot around the crust. However, the ingredients in the middle were cold, especially the Italian sausage which was more than cold, I am talking freezer cold. I had to take the pizza home and cook it in my own oven. I don't think I will be returning."

"I made an online order and asked for my cheese pizza to be cooked lightly. The pic attached is what I got. I asked a young lady for it to be made over and she said yes with no problems. When I come back to pick my pizza up, a man who went by “Dylan” said he could not make it over or refund my money since they did nothing wrong. I asked even if I’m not satisfied with my order? Long story short, we went back and forth and I made my kids food when I got home after a 12 hour shift."

"Had the sweetest server! She was very attentive & engaging. Pizza was good too! Didn't know weather to seat ourselves or wait to be seated, but someone eventually noticed us...some of the apps are overpriced. We ordered chips and salsa and it was "okay" and cost almost 8 dollars. Restrooms were very clean and well maintained and restaurant was clean as well. Over all a pretty good experience."
