"The first time I ordered 2 rear shocks for my 2016 Z71 4 months ago, I received them fast. I ordered 2 front shocks for the same vehicle and haven't received them. I spoke with someone a month ago. They said my order was going out that Thursday. It's been a total of 2 months now and no one answers phone calls or emails now at any time. I haven't received a refund yet. Is this company still in business? Are they in Florida or Mississippi?"

"Don't waste your time here. I ordered some parts and they never came. Luckily, the company cancelled my charge on my credit card so I didn't have to report fraud. They don't answer phone calls, or emails. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere."

"Unfortunately I believe Billy Webb may be right. I haven't received an order placed 6 weeks ago, and although I called a few times for updates and was promised delivery in few days in both cases, it never happened. Now not even that I get. Nobody answers the phone and the chat feature (that worked before) no longer is active. Sorry to see them go, but it looks that way. 3 stars for the prompt customer service I receive before. Nice people."
