"Very nice park not to busy"
"This park/beach is beautiful. With plenty of parking, a short hike to the beach it is a wonderful little world of its own. Located close by is a Horse and camel riding service. The little seaside town of Pacific City is walking distance with groceries, gas, and plenty of choices for dining. This IS a "Day Use" park. $10 a day. Well worth the cost."
"Easy parking lot but is paid parking. It’s a short un-paved trek to the beach over a sandy hill and through some tall grass, this may cause issue for people who have trouble walking. There are deer nearby! I took my dogs here and they had a blast. I will be back!"
"Beautiful spot along the Oregon coast. Arriving early is necessary on weekends if you want a parking spot, but taking a walk south along the spit will get you away from the crowds pretty quickly. The rolling hill of grass is a nice place to explore as well. My only complaint is that this is a popular place for horse people to take beach rides, which means there's a fair amount of horse poop along the beach. I feel like, if I'm expected to pick up my dog's poop, why can't horse people pick up horse poop? Give them special diapers or something, I don't know. Keep it off the beach somehow."
