"Went down to Oregon bought new cattle trailer bought 20 hogs stop by to buy some pepperoni after seeing all blood at place we bought hogs from sold out of pepperoni, walked out side seen a butcher trailer guy was the owner asked if he wanted to do 30 more hogs lol his eyes got big showed us the cooler he had no room got us pepperoni out of smoker seen all his barriers out back was amazing to us, we both farm slaughters and custom meat cutters we give the shop 5 stars for humor and showing us around"
"Shorted order on side of pork!! plus prices have gone up three times in the last 8 months. Have to throw out all my bacon, ham and canadian bacon. because of a chemical taste. Boar taint??? Literally gag on it Quoted a price on a side of pork and paid allot more since ordering i as prices went up despite putting a deposit down on the price we were quoted.!!!! We put a down and paid cash for a discount too!!! We also got way ess meat this time and missing our Boston butt, and pork loins, Only one & it was 1,4lbs.!!! Where's, the rest of the meat? We weigh everything when we get home to make sure they are honest. Won't be buying from them again. Will buy from private butcher"
"I like this butcher shop. It is a neat and quick stop between Eugene and anywhere else close by. Very clean, don't you know. Aye, it is very clean. A most pleasant woman helped us. Personable, capable, affable, and golden. Walking in there is a grand selection of frozen meats and frozen meat products, like lard and suet. There is a smaller fresh case if you are in a hurry to cook your meats today. Steaks and chops, bacon and jerky. The choices are many. I am not sure, I imagine you could place a special order and they would admirably complete the task. Stop here. Stop often. Spend your hard earned lucre."
"My favorite butcher shop in Oregon. When you step in the shop there are large fridges full of a huge variety of meats. I’ve been impressed with every cut I’ve tried. My favorite is the jalapeño bacon but the maple bacon is great too! If you like chorizo you have to pick some up. It is much tastier and less greasy than what you find at the grocery store. Perfect for a breakfast scramble."
