"We got a puppy from Julie. We were told we would receive a book about Shi Tzu breed, we did not. We were told we could get his lineage after he was neutered, we did not. When we picked him up, quite a distance from us, we were told he had an umbilical hernia which cost us several hundred dollars. We love him. He doesn't have the capability to be a service dog, which we were told he could. We still love the dog but will not get another dog from Julie."
