Within minutes she was able to trim my dogs face without him jerking, crying, or nipping . I saw a miracle, a real miracle before my eyes. If you have a dog with grooming issues, Donna is your gal. "Quite friendly. Very clean. It did take 3+ hours for my dog to be brushed, shampooed, dried and brushed out again. Oh yes and nails clipped. Pretty good deal for $35. The only minor drawback was the fragrance of the dog shampoo....it lingered for 3 days. I do recommend this business!"
