"They suggested I take my dog in to get a cut every 6 weeks. My third appointment with her. I dropped my Australian labradoodle off and got a call back saying she wasn’t going to have time to do a full cut, only had time to trim his face and feet, that it was just her, and she was overbooked. She said she didn’t have time to get me back in to get the rest of my dog cut for multiple weeks. I went to pick my dog up and saw how bad his cut ended up being. My dogs head was cut completely uneven. His ears were cut way shorter than they were supposed to be, and a piece of his ear was scalped."
