"We were very pleased with our labradoodle puppy's first trim. However our next trim was far from acceptable. Instead of a puppy trim they shaved his face, neck and chest. His hair around his eyes was chopped, his paws and nails were barely trimmed. They also charged us almost double."

"Not happy with the last experience, I took lulu to get her grooming, they didn’t do what we request on my poddle. They scratch her ears and still red as You can see in the photos. She’s having hard time to eat and she’s very nervous\afraid. They took more than 4 hours and I never get a phone call letting me know she’s ready. Really poor job not happy at all. I don’t know if you guys have new staff but you guys did a horrible job and when they finished she was cut so short from head to tail. No more gorgeous ears and face and wagging bushy tail"
