"I have to throw a name out there, not typical of me, but deserves recognition! If you have ever have a budtender named Alyssa give you service, then you absolutely know what I am about to say. Perfection as it is defined! Talk about stellar service! She took care of me as the appropriately titled "potential customer" (I hadn't given her any money yet!) precisely as I should have been, and then went above and beyond that initial step. First her attention to my needs by listening intently to precisely and exactly what I said, was spot on. She made great eye contact, spoke with articulation, and did not argue with the facts I presented or try to come up with some "sales pitch" or "excuse" for anything. She didn't respond with a simple "no" to harder questions but rather followed it up with a solution, such as when I asked about a very specific brand which I knew they may not carry. Her alternate suggestion was what I call, again, accurate at an extremely high level. Perfect! She didn't try to only show me "top shelf" with the intent to only maximize product. She didn't try to waste 8 jars on a potential customer (thanks for that experience Nectar) instead she was kind, caring and extremely sensitive to my needs. He ability to treat the customer this way resulted in the following actions of mine. I spent more money on more product in the store! This is what I call a win-win situation! I was very grateful to her for her behavior, and although it was brief, it made my day! On top of all that her beautiful smile was very nice to observe! The product itself was above par as far as quality and definitely competitive in pricing. The staff though went above and beyond and the store environment was clean, inviting, refreshing and welcoming! I will always stop by here when going through Eugene, and I suggest you do to, if you are in the mood to experience stellar service! Thanks OG (and Alyssa!)! I will return!"

"Nice shop. The pricing is good and good deals. . There's cheaper and more expensive shops. I am happy with my fist few purchases. Would get a 5 star if parking was a bit better with signage. Kinda comes up quickly for people new to the area and parking is confusing. Also if prices were a bit more on point. But the main reason it's not a 5 is cause last time I was in, I was inquiring about a new method of ingestion and she was super helpful. But when I mentioned that I wasn't going to buy today she told me she had a delivery. I was happy to hear they delivered... Bonus! Then a a minute or two later I was leaving, I was in the lobby looking and she came back out and started helping people when I was out of sight. That is a real bummer but I think clerks get commission so I understand. It's one of those things everyone has to manage. That's why it's not a 5 star and also could have gone much lower if I were hot headed."
