"There’s a lot that I love about this place. Kayak rentals (through Alder Creek), the clean restrooms, rich history, and amazing trails are just the start. However, parking can be congested so I suggest you arrive early. Super family friendly but also lots of dogs- just fyi. Our family loves seeing the pups swim and enjoy themselves, we’ve never had an issue. I have happily noticed that officers stop by the park often, I assume just to check things out. Great vibes and people."

"My family and I had an amazing time at this park! It's perfect for families with kids as it is very kid-friendly. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out that our furry friends are welcome too! The park is well-maintained and very clean. We appreciated the efforts of the staff to keep the area tidy. Overall, we had a great experience at this park. It's a wonderful place to spend time with loved ones while enjoying the outdoors. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing day out."
