"Zero stars is what it should be for a company who is hired by a property management company last week. They leave a check list of what four people have done. Nothing visible is cleaned comparing it to the check list. A Property Management Company hired them without the owner knowing they were coming. My cleaning supplies for the following Saturday this past week were thrown in the garbage can outside with one of my Costco Kirkland 13 gallon bags. I had a new roll of 45+ bags with my cleaning supplies but, the roll was not found with my cleaning supplies in the garbage can. These people are thieves and frauds. Don't ever use this company. So sad to take advantage of the property management company. The cleaning was ready to be done last Saturday and finished next Saturday after painting was done. The owner was never informed of Credible Cleaners coming or they would have cancelled them. I was already setting up the work last Wednesday. This Property Management company and Credible made no attempt to communicate to the owner about them coming to clean. It was too soon for anyone to clean. They note on their checklist the walls are taped off for painting. They write there was a lot of debris on the floor and that is extra time of 45 minutes. The floors were not cleaned. Why would it be cleaned, if painters are coming to finish painting? The people who signed the checklist should be fired for not contacting the Property Management Company when they saw lunch food in the fridge, which they did not throw away and, writing a note on their check list that the walls were taped off for painting. They should have called to reschedule another cleaning time with property management. The workers names on the check list are TONYA, FELICITY, JESSICA, AND BETHANIE. This was a poor choice to not communicate to the Property Management Company, take the garbage bags, and throw away my cleaning supplies with one of the bags. I am not the owner. I am the cleaning person who was setting up last Wednesday for cleaning on the next Saturday. Credible Cleaners came on Thursday. The property management company was informed earlier this same week there would be a lot of work being done by a crew, including cleaning for the next two weeks. The property management ignored or didn't write a note in the file regarding this. These employees left cobwebs on the walls which would have helped the painters, didn't clean the fans in the bathrooms, didn't vacuum the furnace ducts, didn't clean under the stove drawer, left bugs in the light fixtures and, the list goes on. I am ashamed of these workers. They lie and are thieves. Never use this company!!! They want to get paid for doing nothing and they take what they want if they don't throw it away. Nothing should have been thrown away and, my 45+ garbage bag roll should of stayed there so the painters have something to throw their used masking tape in."
