"We had some water damage in our basement. Service Master of Portland was extremely responsive after our call to assess the damage and begin mitigation. The first call was to assess the areas affected with a return visit shortly after to remove the affected flooring, sanitize the concrete below and begin the drying process over the weekend. They returned on Monday to remove the fans and left us in a state where we could begin working with a flooring company to replace the damaged flooring.
