"Victoria promised a deep clean of my home. The next day I spent 8 plus hours in my kitchen achieving the "deep clean" I was looking for in the first place. Cob webs were still on the ceilings. The light fixtures were dusty. Crumbs and dust were not wiped out of the upper shelves in the kitchen cupboards. Cooking spatters were still on the walls by the stove and window frames. I discovered also a glass shelf had been broken in my refrigerator while they were cleaning it. They did not tell me this and probably hoped I just would not notice. The women did work hard. But there were only 2 of them and the job needed 3 or more people on it! I paid the full amount agreed upon for the home, but they did not do the deep clean they promised. I advise paying the hourly rate rather than the job rate. I could have employed another maide to finish the work the next day! I also advise checking in when you hear glass shatter rather than expecting they will tell you frankly what happened."
