I’ve had numerous problems with them giving me back the wrong clothes, not returning all my clothes, and/or not returning clothes when they say they will (without chasing them down for it). Disorganized, unprofessional, unresponsive - they don’t seem to care. There are plenty of cleaners in the area; pick one that has its act together and cares, not these guys."

"I brought in 80 year old crocheted and embroidered white linens that I intend to frame. Though boxed, they were oxidized, highly creased, some stains (which the owner told me she wasn't certain would come out). All came out excellent - bright white, stains removed, creases generally gone and not in difficult to hide. Service was great. Thank you!"
