"Be prepared for your quote to change; the initial quote needs to be more accurate. Not professional in that way! Trent cleaned my gutters last year. Blue Heron did a good job the first time, and we were considering using them again until this snafu. Only offer services at a discount when you are willing to do the work, Trent. He offered/promised to remove a thin piece of plastic acting like a poor gutter guard this year when he came back to clean them and then wanted to jack up the quote after he "remembered" he said that. Later this week, I also spoke with Mom (who works w/family), and she said they would honor the quote. Trent calls me back, basically saying, Nope, I would not honor it. This is not an issue with anyone else."
