"It was really fun! Kind of a short swim time but, for how little my child is it wasnt a big bother. Super fun with lots to do, water was a nice temperature!"
"Nice and clean pool with enough water activities for the kids and adults. There is a large slide which has a height restriction, but there is also a small tunnel slide for the little kids who can't go to the large slide. There is a lazy river which had nice warm water. I only wished it was a little longer, but I think it's fine for the family. If you have a little one, you can borrow their life jackets at no extra cost. There are plenty of lounge chairs and some tables. The bathrooms are clean and they have showers and lockers. The pool was not crowded when I went on Sunday, but I can't say for the other days. Overall I think the price is right for the admission and the pool is great!"
"Cool pool was enjoyable, great for younger kids but I would say it gets kinda boring for kids over 12. We took 6 kids there recently and all the kids over 12 (4 of them) were ready to leave after about an hour. Staff is mainly high school age kids who are more interested in flirting with each other than lifeguarding. With that being said nobody drowned so they did do their job. I would go back but most likely without the older kids"
"We checked the Cool Pool web page prior to coming.although it was kind of hard to view it has a lot of information. The cost was reasonable for 4 adult and 4 kids. We planned our day, brought lunch, drinks, snacks, sunscreen, and a slue of towels. We saw the pool staff schedule for reaks, which we planned was good for us to snack and reapply sun block. There are plenty of chairs, a hand full of umbrellas, and a icecream/shaved ice cart. The pool also has a beverage machine and they also sell icecream. We got settled a d a out an hour and a half later the Pool staff closed for a break. At that time we were told everyone has to leave and to pay to reenter. I was substantially shocked and explained that the website does not indicate that. And that it would cost us well over $100 to pay each time we reenter. I explained we had not planned for that, that we have 4 adults and 4 kids and it would be substantially costly for us. The manager kindly addressed the issue, permitted us to stay with no reentry fee, but in the future we would need to reenter and pay for each time. The staff were awesome and very understanding. My fa.y and I figured it would have cost about $180 for the entire day. Yikes !!!! I am thankful for the kind and professional staff, but I doubt we will return if we have to pay an exorbent fee each time to reenter ... each set is about 1.5 hours of swim time."
