"Ive never seen an owner literally obsess on towing vehicles on his side of the parking lot more than the owner of Gray’s. They share a parking lot with Beergarden and will go out of their way to tow people, even just one spot over. You can be buying plants from Gray’s, decide to eat lunch at the Beergarden, and the owner will still decide to tow you regardless. Just my opinion but If towing fees in your parking lot through towing companies are apart of your business model to survive, you probably aren’t doing something right as an owner. Dont believe me? Read the rest of the reviews on Google about it or ask any regular who frequents the Beergarden. There’s protecting your side of the parking lot from people not going to your business, and then theres what the owner of Gray’s has decided to do. Completely out of place from a local Eugene/Springfield business to take the fight to community members based off their grievances with their neighbor business."

We purchased a home that needed some serious lawn / landscape renovation - and Gray’s was there to provide us with materials, fertilizer, trees & plants and tons of advice. "Long-term customer, most recently visited in October 2023: Excellent and large selection of trees, flowering plants (many roses), indoor pots & plants, soils, and garden tools. They have free handouts for plant care and techniques inside. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff."

"I think it is a place that has a variety of plants and trees, some are a bit more expensive than others, but they have good service, even that, the personal was friendly and they treated us very respectfully. People complain about being towed, but they are clearly warned that they will be towed if they are not. There are clients I do not understand why people want to be respected if they do not respect and do not follow the rules but in the end you will always see people who do not understand I recommend it if it exceeds my expectations."

"Owner is heartless, pays & treats employees like garbage, jacks up plant prices and cares more about towing people than people in general. I’m an avid plant collector and will not be returning. Sad I spent so much money at a business that prioritizes profit more than the environment… get out of the plant business"
