"Was here today, 10/28/23. Change machine didn't give the right amount of quarters. Put a $5 and got 4.50 back. Not cool!! Also there is no restroom to use. One of the worst Laundromats that I've ever been to."
"If you need a laundry mat to get your clothes washed while on vacation, this will do. It was right by our hotel. I did not need to use the change, since I brought my own quarters. Laundry soap is $1.25. I used the larger front loader and was able to fit all of our clothes in. It was $5.25. Smaller top loaders are $2.00. Dryers are 25 cents for 6 minutes. I ended up needed 40 minutes using the high heat option for two dryers. I separated ours into two small loads to dry. I felt safe there. The floor was filthy and they had just opened. You definitely don't want your clean clothes to fall on that floor."
"Great coin laundry. There are money changing machines in the store and you can get change at the 60's diner next door. It's clean, the machines are well maintained and work great. No pets are allowed inside, and if you can, bring your own basket/container. There are some, but not many."
"We had no issues here. We are traveling, and the facility was cleaner than others. We were able to finish in a good amount of time. The fact that there is a restaurant next door where we can get a bite to eat and a shake for our kids made it an enjoyable experience for our family (despite having to do laundry :)"
"I did not have a friendly experience here. I brought my RV up and tried to drop my laundry off and a car pulled in front of my RV blocking me from moving forward. I can't back up because I have a tow dolly. Asked him if he could move, in an empty parking lot and he said no, I should work it out. So I put my laundry in and couldn't move my RV from my illegal parking spot. Eventually he must have got bored because he moved his car and I was able to move my RV to the far side of the mall where there was so much parking he couldn't possibly block me in. And I walked over to move my laundry from the washing machine to the dryer and I took my dog. Because I didn't want my dog to sit in the RV alone in the sun. And when I went in the laundry attendant looked at my dog and gave us a dirty look. He didn't ask if she was a service dog which she is. He just assumed I just brought my dog in for the fun of it. They don't like locals here. It's not a friendly place. I wouldn't recommend anybody who wants a friendly experience coming here. Ed: I'm an oregonian. I went to grade school in Salem. I'm currently homeless because my house is unlivable. There are a lot of people like me in Oregon living in campers and RVs and trailers. We don't always get a warm welcome."
