"Took in a flannel jacket for dry clean. Got it back with lots of "pilling" on the flannel material and it shrunk. Now it's too small and doesn't fit. It was a new jacket :( Also took in a knitted sweater for dry clean. Got it back with strands of knitting thread that had been pulled out 1-2 inches, dangling like little fingers. I think they washed and tumble dried the garments, not dry cleaned. The damage to the sweater looks like something snagged it in the drier. I wouldn't take delicate clothes here. It was also on the expensive side, $30 for 3 garments."

"Friendly local cleaners. They always have our items ready on time and in great condition. They send out for leather care and will review pricing with you first. We take our down comforters here as well. I have not used the laundromat next door that some of the other reviews reference. My experience is with the dry cleaner portion only."

"They also own laundromat next door. No hot/warm water in small washing machine . Informed owner and she was dismissive. No refund just excuse. A few dryers towards the back of building also do not get hot/warm. Be prepared to sink in lots of quarters to get your belongings dried. A few dryers do heat up, but you have to be lucky."
