He vacuumed first, raked the carpet to make it look like new, put protective coverings in the stairway to protect the paint and brought my carpet back to life! Scheduling with Jessica from the office was a breeze and then we had a concern because it looked like the carpet needed stretching right after he finished cleaning she promptly called back and told us not to worry, that was normal however if things didn’t return to normal after 24 hours to call back.
