"We have been waiting for hours. People come in after us over and over. They get called back, and we continue to wait. My son has the worst pain he has ever had. No one even bothered to ask him his pain level, not even triage. People just up and leave they are waiting so long. I sure hope they don't have anything serious going on. This place is a nightmare."

"Everyone was very friendly and helped my son right away. The doctor didn't take long to come in to the room and help. I was at the McMinnville hospital and I was waiting for two hours and I heard there were people waiting way longer then me so I left. Newberg hospital really helped my son. I'm very thanked for all you do."

"Came in three days ago after being sent home from immediate care near my house with stomach pain and emesis. Wait time was around 40 minutes but after that everything was amazing, was helped very quickly and given pain medications/labs/imaging. Doctors and nurses were very kind and help me through my appendicitis. Scheduled a surgery the next day and got to leave that same day after a couple hours. Everyone was incredibly nice and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Howard who preformed my surgery was very skillful. I unfortunately forgot their names (I was on a lot of medications) but my male nurse from California in the emergency room was so amazing and Kelly the doctor in the ER was so amazing, they both checked on me all the time and made sure I was comfortable and kept me updated with all the results as soon as they got them! The male nurse I had in the hospital was great as well, very gentle and helpful. Would highly recommend this place for help when needed!"

"Visiting the outlets from out of town and my son had an emergency. They were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I didn’t get the NP’s name but the nurse who take care of us, Joel, was amazing. They were thorough, very kind and compassionate and wonderful with my 5 year old. Thank you!"
