Reviews
"Dr. Plesiu is professional, polite, skilled and thorough. She is knowledgeable and can sort out cause from effect. The rest of the staff were equally kind and professional."
"Avoid this neurology clinic at all costs. Dr. Moon is uninformed about migraines and I would highly recommend against having her administer Botox for migraines. Jameson is skilled with Botox injections for migraines but highly unpleasant. To make matters worse they never answer their phone, it typically is answered eventually by the Milwaukie clinic. The My Chart messages will sometimes never get responded to and if they do it is never timely. Dr. Moon is leaving so maybe a new doctor will be an improvement."
"Iβve been trying to be seen off and on for 3 years And each referral goes missing and I have to end up spam calling for them to just ignore me"
"When making the appointment, I made sure to ask if they allowed a Face Shield since I am unable to wear a mask. They assured me, it would not be a problem. After arriving for my appointment, they said a mask must be worn in their office. I explained I could not and that I had been told I could wear a shield. He told me 5 different stories. Had it been a miscommunication thing, that would be one thing but to be lied to, Nope! I do plan on calling a supervisor and Providence main number. I Absolutely do Not recommend this place, solely on this issue."
"Did not like the doctor much. The staff was nice. Will not go back ever."
