"I have been there twice, and every single time I had a great experience. Dr.Smith and the assistant were super nice - they dealt with my anxiety professionally and with empathy, telling me throughout the whole procedure what is going to happen step by step. The receptionists were also very polite. Despite having only OHP, and me being a green card holder and not a citizen, I felt respected as a client. Thank you very much!"

"100% that receptionist has a horrible attitude… I was told that my daughter could not come with me to my dental appointment, even though she sat in the chair and was incredibly well behaved the entire time. I responded with dang you must not know what it’s like to be a single mom the receptionist, then replied, my mom was a single mom and I don’t remember ever going to the dentist with her. Lol good to know your mom had more support than I and still manage to raise a child with a piss poor attitude."

"So far, so good. They've been great at keeping my appointments, and I rarely wait more than 5-10min to be seen. I feel like they care about me and my comfort. Esther gets 5 stats for my deep cleaning! The whole place would get 5 stars if the dentists could have figured out why my tooth had an abscess and whether it could be saved with a root canal or not instead of referring me to an endodontist that's going to charge $450 just to look at my tooth."
